Contest Rules
| 1. | To enter, complete this online form or mail entries to the sponsor of this sweepstakes, ATEC at 6926 W. Becher Street, West Allis, WI 53219. Completed entries must be received no later than December 31st 2008. Only one entry allowed per household. ATEC is not responsible for lost or stolen entries. |
| 2. | Winners will be selected in a random drawing held on or about January 15th 2009. Zieglar, Taves and Martin will conduct drawing. This CPA firm will make all decisions on all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Their decisions will be considered final. Winners will be notified by telephone within 10 days of drawing. |
| 3. | Sweepstakes open only to homeowners within the ATEC exclusive sales territory. Prize is non-transferable and no substitutions are allowed. Sponsor and its agencies assume no liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of prizes. |
| 4. | Taxes if any are the responsibility of the individual winner. In the event that the prizewinner has purchased ATEC windows from 1-1-08 through 12-31-08, prizewinner can elect to receive cash prize of up to $5000 in lieu of the product. The cash prize cannot exceed contract amount or $5000. The cash prize is only an option for prizewinner that has made a purchase of ATEC windows from 1-1-08 through 12-31-08. All other prizewinners cannot make substitutions. |
| 5. | Prizewinner may be required to verify address or be asked to execute an affidavit of eligibility within 14 days of notification attempt. Winners give ATEC the right to use photos of their house and person in marketing efforts. |
| 6. | One prize will be given away. Prize consists of up to 15 premium vinyl replacement windows installed in eligible home. Limited to either double-hung or 2 lite slider styles. If home has less than 15 windows prizewinner is only eligible to receive the number of windows in home. |
| 7. | This sweepstakes is being used to identify potential customers. By providing your name and telephone number, you affirmatively request and expressly permit and authorize ATEC employees or representatives to contact you via telephone to discuss your interest in our home improvement products. |
| 8. | Sweepstakes only open to homeowners in the State of Wisconsin, 18 years of age and older except ATEC employees and their families, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and sub-contractors. Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws. |
